Directed by Ted Woods – narrated by Ben Harper and Tariq Black Thought of The Roots. The film Whitewash features music by The Roots and Erykah Badu and is a documentary film exploring the complexity of race in America through the struggle and history of Black surfers. This unique film is told through the eyes of Black surfers from Hawaii, Jamaica, Florida, and California.
